Health kick #1

Almond and banana smoothie


What's in it:

2 bananas
1 cup of blanched almonds chopped in food processor
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 cups of skim milk
1 tbs natural yogurt
1/2 tsp cinnamon

Blend all of these lovely fresh ingredients together...

You can literally add anything you like to this.. Next time I will put strawberries in it, not just on it!
